Returns:
All returns of defective or nondefective product to ISM or Air Nail facilities require a valid return goods authorization (RGA) number to be obtained prior to return being made, or shipment will be rejected.
All materials must be in like-new condition, and no returns will be allowed on product that is more than one year from invoice date.
A 20 percent restocking fee will be applied to all authorized returns of nondefective product.
